2. Offer Details & Application

The Offer: Enjoy 30% off sitewide on all eligible full-priced products.

Automatic Application: No discount or promotional code is required at checkout. The 30% discount will be automatically applied to eligible items in your shopping cart once you proceed to the checkout screen.
3. Exclusions & Restrictions

Non-Combinable: This EOFY 30% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other active coupon codes, promotional vouchers, introductory/welcome discount codes, subscription offers, or loyalty rewards.

Seasonal Product Exclusions: All Christmas/seasonal collection products (including but not limited to the Gingerbread Candle, Christmas Pud Candle, and Christmas Candle Duo Pack) are strictly excluded from this promotion and will remain at full retail price.

No Retroactive Application: The discount applies only to orders placed and paid for during the active Promotional Period. Green Nation Life will not offer partial refunds or price adjustments for prior purchases or orders placed after the deadline.
4. Stock Availability
- All products are subject to stock availability. Promotion is valid only while stocks last.
- Adding items to your cart does not reserve inventory. Stock is only allocated once your order has been fully completed and paid for at checkout. In the rare event of stock discrepancies, Green Nation Life reserves the right to cancel and refund any unfulfillable items.
5. Shipping & Order Processing
- Due to the high volume of orders typically received during the EOFY period, order processing and dispatch timelines at our warehouse may be extended by an additional 2–4 business days.

Important Notice: Please note that orders placed toward the very end of the promotion (close to 30 June) may not be dispatched until from 1 July 2026 onwards.
- Free shipping offers (if applicable) are determined based on the final order value after the 30% discount has been applied at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Sale Items Policy: All items purchased at 30% off during this EOFY promotional event are considered sale items.
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind on sale items.
- This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your consumer guarantees under the ACL. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly packed, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
7. Amendment & Right to Modify
Green Nation Life reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable Australian state and federal laws.
