• Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
• Availability: We endeavour to ensure all products listed are in stock. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an agreeable alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.
• Product Use: Our products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided.

5. Candle Safety & Care

Your safety is important to us. It is essential to follow all safety warnings to prevent fire hazards and injury.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn within sight.
• Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets.
• Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
• Keep the wax pool free from debris like wick trimmings or matches.
• Do not burn the candle for more than 5 hours at a time.
• Always trim the wick to approximately 6-10 mm before each use to avoid smoking and a high flame.
• Stop use when 10mm or less wax remains at the bottom of the jar. Glass may become hot.
• Do not use if the glass is cracked or broken.

Failure to follow these instructions is at your own risk.

6. Orders & Payment

• Placing an Order: An order placed by you on the website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability or an error in pricing.
