Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria, within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for delivery within Australia:
- Standard Shipping:
- FREE for all orders over $100 AUD.
- A flat rate of $15.00 AUD applies to orders under $100 AUD.
- Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days via Australia Post.
- Express Shipping:
- A flat rate of $20.00 AUD applies to all express orders.
- Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days via Australia Post.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available from our warehouse located at Dandenong South, Victoria 3175.
- Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to collect your order.
International Shipping
- At this time, Green Nation Life only ships to addresses within Australia.
- We are working towards making our products available internationally. Please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for announcements regarding new shipping destinations. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving a global community soon.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Green Nation Life products. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a fault, please contact us immediately so we can help. Our policy for faulty goods is fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law.
- For a major fault, you are entitled to your choice of a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- For a minor fault, we will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged item.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or damaged items.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Pack Your Item: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Send it Back: Post the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Store Credits
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Where a refund is applicable (e.g., for a major fault), it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Store credits will be issued promptly to your account once the return has been approved.
