Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Duration and Scope

  • Offer Period: The Black Friday Sale begins on [Start Date, 20/11/25] and concludes promptly at 11:59 PM AEDT (Melbourne time) on [End Date,  04/12/25]. No exceptions will be made for orders placed outside this window.
  • Discount: A flat 20% discount will be automatically applied at the checkout to all products explicitly listed in the Gifts and Packs categories on the Green Nation Life website.
  • Exclusions: The 20% discount does not apply to single-item products, gift cards, subscription renewals, or any product categories other than the specified Gifts and Packs.

2. General Sale Conditions

  • No Stacking: This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other existing or future discount code, promotional offer, loyalty program rewards, or other sale item discounts.
  • Availability: The promotion is strictly subject to product availability and is only valid while stocks last. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product. No rainchecks or backorders will be taken on sold-out promotional items.
  • Pricing: All pricing is as marked or calculated at checkout. Green Nation Life reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or misstated discounts.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Final Sale Price: Refunds for items purchased under this promotion will be processed based on the discounted price paid, as reflected on the purchase invoice.
  • Exchange: Exchanges are subject to the stock availability of the item requested. If an exchange is processed outside of the offer period, the original sale price will be honoured.

4. Order Processing and Fulfilment

  • Processing Time: Due to the expected high volume of orders during the Black Friday period, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and dispatch.
  • Shipping: Standard shipping and delivery terms and conditions apply. Green Nation Life is not liable for delays caused by the courier or shipping carrier.

5. Management Rights

  • Green Nation Life reserves the right to vary, update, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. Orders already successfully placed and paid for will be honoured at the time of purchase.
