Unable to light candle

Wooden wick doesn’t perform. Won’t light more than 2 seconds. Product doesn’t deliver sadly as was looking forward to using it.

Great but not

Absolutely love the small of this candle. 1st time lid I had it burning for 2.5hrs and the small is divine & i was in love. Sadly a few days later I can not for the life of me re-light it. It just keep going out. Eventually trimmed the wig right down in an attempt but the candle but still no luck. Sadly the candle is as good as useless now which is a pity as I would have otherwise loved to buy again.
