How To Use
Candle – First Burn
Hold the candle at a slight angle when lighting and allow the flame to contact the wooden wick for 5–10 seconds. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the glass vessel before extinguishing to help prevent tunnelling. This may take approximately 3–4 hours.
Candle – Wick Care
Before each use, carefully remove excess burnt wood and trim the wick to approximately 3–6mm (1/8–1/4 inch). Always allow the candle to cool completely before trimming or relighting.
Candle – Burn Time
Never burn for more than 4–5 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool and the wax to solidify before relighting.
Diffuser
Remove the cap and carefully place the reeds into the glass vessel, allowing them to absorb and gently diffuse the fragrance. For a more noticeable fragrance, carefully turn the reeds occasionally, taking care to avoid spills.
Important Safety Information
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place the candle and diffuser on a stable, protected surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, draughts, children and pets. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, furniture and polished surfaces, as diffuser liquid may cause damage.

I love this, it's so fresh, yet very subtle, not at all overpowering. It's a beautifully unobtrusive diffuser, that elegantly matches the understated fragrance. The price point of this also makes the diffuser affordable to use in multiple rooms and also as a great gift particularly coming up to Christmas

Just LOVE the scents Escape as well as Rainforest..natural..not flowery or spicy or overpowering.
Rainforest is milder than Escape. Both scents linger nicely, not too heavy, nor too weak to notice.

Very pleasant smell of essential oils. Last so long and didn't have tunnelling issues, when it is burnt long enough it will dissolve the edges, and I swirl the soy around it melts the edges. Nicely placed in kitchen and workstation.

I really looked forward to getting the products. The sandalwood spray is the first product I got. It lasted so long! I had no qualms getting the others without trying them first. But oh boy the diffusers I got did not dissappoint! Will buy again.

I'm sorry to be blunt, but I've purchased 2 of the 300g Moss and Mint and although I really like the scent, these candles keep tunnelling for me. I consider myself an experienced candle lovers so I know the dos and don'ts on burning candles. I will not buy again.
Beautifully scented candle. It did tunnel (and I have used all of the trouble-shooting tips)...eventually I scrapped out some of the wax to try and get it to burn to the edges and that helped. Still a lovely product!

I have been trying a lot of soy candles from many different brands from Australia and international brands but I got suggestion from a friend of mine, who had been using a candle from Aesop. I came to Woolies to purchase it on the next day and totally convinced. The scent is amazingly refreshing and relaxing, smells like rain forest and moreover the price is very affordable even when it is normal price. I bought it when It was on sale and I will definitely comeback to buy the diffuser to replace my Jo Malone one.

This candle would have to be one of the best candles I have used and the Japanese Honesuckle scent hangs around for quite some time, not disappointed and will order more.
