Bad quality candle

The scent is strong when the candle is not lit. But I don't get a chance to smell the candle when it's lit because the wooden wick never stays lit.

Received a broken glass candle, no response

After receiving a defect item, the glass of the candle was cracked, so I contacted the customer service, but no response from them at all after days past.
Wrapping of the items were not enough and there were too much moving rooms for all candles in the box.
